My love for web design grew whilst running my jewellery business, I know - weird right?  Because whenever I chat to other business owners, web design is one of those things they often hate with a passion. But I love it, my brain just seems to get it.

I ran my own jewellery business for over 17 years so I know exactly what it’s like to build and grow something from the ground up.  The blood, the sweat, the actual tears… I got you.

…there’s a reason.

I’ve lost count of how many self-built websites I’ve come across that just aren’t quite working.  You know the ones:

  • Clunky confusing layouts

  • Walls of overwhelming text

  •  Not being able to figure out how to buy the thing I came on to buy.

  • A mystery around what’s actually being offered.

  • Broken links and baffling navigation that make you circle round and round the site until you eventually just leave in frustration.

And it really bugs me - because I can see exactly what needs to change to make the site flow, engage visitors, and, most importantly, convince them to take action.
